Location

We are located in the Old Town section of Alexandria, Virginia, which is a mid-size city very close-in to Washington, DC. (Drive time from our office to downtown DC is 20 minutes.)

Old Town is an historic district with loads of restaurants, shopping, historical sites and access to tours and transportation on the Potomac River.

We are three blocks from the main intersection of King and Washington Streets and one mile from the King Street Metro Train station, which has a taxi stand.

A new free trolley runs along King Street, between the King Street Metro Train station and the riverfront, from 10 AM to 10 PM. The Yellow and Blue Metro lines stop at National Airport (DCA) and continue on to the District.

604 Wolfe Street

Alexandria, VA 22314

(703) 683-7795

604 Wolfe Street is an old three-story historic brick school house. The street number, which is on the lamp post near the sidewalk, is easy to miss, but there are only three buildings on that side. We are set back from the street in the middle. Use the walkway next to our neighbor, The Little Theater of Alexandria, to reach our white front door with the black knocker.

Airports

Overview airport information.

By far the most convenient is Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), which is minutes away by free hotel shuttle, or taxi, or Metro Train two stops to King Street Station (near hotels, about 20 minute walk to our office.).

Alternates are Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI), each about 35 miles away. (Note! Allow extra time for the Washington Metro area's notorious Beltway traffic. You might get clear sailing, but there's a very good chance that you'll run into a traffic jam, especially using BWI.)

Amtrak Train

The Alexandria's Amtrak station is adjacent to the Metro Train station, about 1 mile from our office. We are also about a 20 cab ride from Washington DC's Union Station.
